You do not pay extra for any core aspect of the service. For example, cleaning the pilot light is always included as a standard part of our recommended service.

• Gas Leak Detection: We carefully test to ensure there are no gas leaks around your appliance lines or valves.

• Carbon Monoxide Testing: We verify that no dangerous carbon monoxide emissions are escaping into your living space.

• Safety Systems Check: We test all built-in safety safeguards to ensure they function exactly as designed by the manufacturer.

✨ Fireplace Refurbishment & Upgrades

We want to leave your fireplace looking completely reconditioned and clean.

• Surface Reconditioning: We clean all accessible surfaces of your fireplace unit.

• Interior Painting: Where applicable, we can repaint the interior of your firebox to mask discoloration and clean up its appearance. Due to material cost there may be a small charge for repainting.

• Custom Refurbishment: We can provide additional custom cosmetic work, including painting trim pieces and exterior components. (For additional charges, just ask your technician during the visit).

• Blower & Remote Control Upgrades: We can supply and install a new blower fan or a wireless remote control system as part of your regular service call charge, plus the cost of the parts. (Note: Blower installations require your fireplace area to be pre-wired for electrical power).
