📅 Our Scheduling & Arrival Windows

During the busy winter season, we work incredibly hard to stay on schedule for all of our customers. Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment:

• 3-Hour Time Slots: We schedule appointments in 3-hour windows (e.g., between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM). The technician may arrive at any time during this window.

• Availability: Please plan to be available for the entire time slot and at least one hour beyond, as appointments can run long. If you have tight constraints (like picking up kids at a specific time), please do not book during that window.

• Call Ahead Notices: If requested, we are happy to call you when en route to give you a 20- to 30-minute advance notice. If a call-ahead is not explicitly requested, our technician will simply show up during the scheduled time frame.

🔥 Preparation for Your Day of Service

To ensure a safe, efficient, and clean visit, please prepare your home using these guidelines:

• Fireplace Cooldown: It is best if the fireplace is not run at all on the day of service. At the very least, the fireplace must be turned off for at least 2 hours prior to the start of your service window.

• Clear the Work Area: Please clear a 6’ x 6’ open area directly in front of the fireplace so our technician has full access. (We always bring a clean, padded blanket to protect your floors and guarantee we leave no mess behind).

• Move Furniture & Electronics: Please move any nearby furniture, decorations, or electronics (like TVs or entertainment centers) away from the unit to allow safe access to the fireplace and your wall switch.
