Pricing and Policies

💳 Flat-Rate Estimates & Upfront Rates: our basic service call is $ 195 plus whatever parts required. Larger more specialized fireplaces may cost more. 

Most of our calls don't require parts, of course some do. In most cases a thorough  service will get your fireplace running like it should. Part's prices can vary dramatically, if you know what part you might need, we are happy to quote a price for it,  but we commonly get calls asking for a thermopile and service determines it isnt necessary. BUT!

 A THERMOPILE, INSTALLED IS $110

We know it isn't cheap, you will always get value for your money with Gas-Xpress.  We are entirely open and honest about our pricing. You will never be charged for any repair or component that we have not thoroughly discussed and demonstrated to your complete understanding, satisfaction, and approval.

• Text Us a Photo: If you are unsure what specific type of gas fireplace, insert, or log set you have, simply take a quick photo and text it to us when scheduling. This helps us ensure we give you the proper rates and bring the right parts.

• Please Note: Complex chimney or venting issues can fall outside the scope of normal fireplace service and maintenance. These unique situations may involve additional charges, which will always be discussed upfront.

💰 Accepted Forms of Payment & Credit Card Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. If the person responsible for payment cannot be physically present when your service is scheduled, we can securely take a credit card in advance. Your card will not be billed until the service is successfully completed.

• Cash

• Personal or Business Checks (Payable to Gas-Xpress, Inc.)

• Visa & MasterCard (Note: For all credit card payments, a standard 4% processing fee is applied to the total transaction amount).
